- CCGS and CCGSM guide strips are precision-ground wear rails that keep the moving plates of a plastic injection mold aligned — square, parallel and free of binding — through hundreds of thousands of cycles. They are machined from oil-hardened steel and hardened to 52–56 HRC, then ground to a 0/−0.01 mm cross-section tolerance so they seat flat against the mold base and hold their clearance over the life of the tool.
- Every strip carries machined 90° oil grooves on both faces, the classic lubricant-retention pattern that keeps a film of grease on the sliding face and channels wear debris out of the contact zone. Three standard hole layouts are available — Typ-A, Typ-B and Typ-C
Guide Strips：
Guide Strip is a common mold wearing part used for punch and injection molds. It is installed on the matching face of sliders and mold bases to undertake friction load, protect the mold base material from wear, maintain sliding precision and simplify later part replacement and maintenance.
