Ejector pin：
According to different requests, the ejector pin series suggests having 4 classifications.
1.Low output, low request mold, lower request mold lift 10 million times. Mold core is normal hardness steel. Suggest before choosing a Taiwan standard or surface nitriding ejector pin, for example: AAE.EPS.ESS etc.
2. Middle output, middle request mold: mold life 10 million-50 million, suggest to choose to harden & nitriding ejector pin, for example, EE1790, EPSS, etc.
3. High output, high request mold: mold lift 50 million-100 million, suggest choosing hardened surface nitriding or SKH51 high-speed steel.
For example: EXX, EEPH
4. High precision, high request mold Harden=surface DLC coating ejector.For example DH-EXX, DS-EEX, etc.
