- The standard steel guide strips (SSN4185) are crafted from premium SKD11 tool steel with a hardness of 58-62HRC, ensuring superior load-bearing strength and excellent wear and impact resistance. The self-lubricating series (SSN4186) features a brass matrix embedded with solid graphite, delivering smooth low-friction sliding performance and maintenance-free operation.
- Specifically designed for precise guiding and lateral positioning of slide mechanisms in injection molds and stamping dies, effectively absorbing side thrust and preventing slide deflection, misalignment or jamming during reciprocating motion.
- Simple and practical standardized structure with C3 chamfered bottom edges for easy installation, occupying minimal mounting space within the mold base.
- Accurate and reliable guiding performance that reduces sliding wear, enhances mold operating stability and extends the overall service life of the mold.
Guide Strips：
