- The standard steel guide strips (CCS15F) are manufactured from premium S45C carbon steel, with controlled hardness reaching 40-45HRC, delivering stable load-bearing performance, outstanding wear resistance and strong impact tolerance. This solid steel series adopts special surface anti-friction groove design, realizing steady sliding operation with conventional lubrication maintenance.
- It is specially engineered for precision guidance and lateral positioning of slide structures on injection molds and stamping dies, which can effectively bear lateral side thrust, avoid slide deflection, position offset and motion jamming during reciprocating movement.
- It adopts mature standardized compact structure, with C2 chamfer treatment on bottom edges for quick installation, and takes up little installation space inside mold plates.
- Its stable and accurate guiding feature lowers sliding abrasion, improves overall mold running stability, and prolongs the service life of the whole die set.
Guide Strips：
A guide strip is a mechanical component used in mold tooling (especially injection molds or stamping dies) to provide guiding support and lateral restraint for slides or core pullers. It prevents lateral deflection and excessive wear of the slide during its working stroke, ensuring stable and precise operation of the mold.
